    This hotel exceeded my expectations! I loved the spacious Junior Suite with a fully equipped kitchenette and cozy bedding. The location is prime, just steps from shopping and dining. The staff were friendly. I'll definitely return!

    Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was stylish with comfortable and unbeatable location near Sydney's most known atractions. Location: the venue was just off centre and other points of interest and restaurant and bus/train station.

    Perfect spot for a couple getaway

    This place was perfect for an extended stay while visiting family. The washer/dryer in the unit was a lifesaver, and they even refilled the laundry soap in the lobby, no extra cost! I mean, who provides that kind of service? Feels like they really care about making your stay easier.

    It wasn't cheap, but for the overall experience, I found it acceptable.

    Spacious room with great amenities

    The room was spacious and the kitchenette was well-equipped, made cooking very convenient. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a large shopping area. One thing that could improve is the bathroom setup. The shower could benefit from some kind of barrier to prevent water from spilling onto the floor.

    The room had a cool industrial vibe that I appreciated. The staff were responsive, addressing the air conditioning issue promptly and offering alternatives without hesitation. I particularly enjoyed the well-stocked kitchenette , made preparing my own meals convenient and enjoyable.

    Some aspects of the service felt slightly disorganized, especially during peak hours.

    The junior suite was large, and the kitchenette was well-stocked, made cooking easier. The location is great, just a short walk to the shopping center. The staff were really helpful, especially the veriu host who assisted with gym and exercise class info.

    Spacious room with comfortable bedding.

    The dryer was broken, quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, the fridge leaked water all over the floor. We encountered poor housekeeping. Several requests for clean sheets were ignored . When they finally did arrive, they provided inadequate towels, which did not meet our expectations given the hotel's advertised services.
